I found this thread on another message board for a famous holiday weekend hotspot. I thought it was a good way for everyone to act as a support group for others who wish to get their bodies and minds right. Yes, in order to achieve the goal of losing weight or even learning to eat right involves getting the mind focused. I, for one, can admit that it is hard for me to lose weight because I know I need a partner in crime that will push me to do the right thing. But first and foremost, I have to get my mind clear so that I can make it happen. This is why I started this thread. I know there are a couple of us, if not all, who wish to achieve some sort of goal when it comes to the body and mind. It doesn't have to be weight loss. But if you feel that you need a support group to keep you focused, then this is the place for you.
My goal is to lose some weight this year and eat much healthier than I have been doing over the years. I don't have a desired weight loss amount, but I do know that I want to be smaller than what I am at the present time. I know I need to change my eating habits as well as exercise more. Not only will I lose the weight but I will also bring my cholesterol level down. It's not crazy high, but it still needs to come down.
What desires do you have that you may want to get a handle on?
Is anyone else willing to change their lifestyles for the better? If so, then let's get started.
I was makin a change but I kinda got sidetracked and messed up again. I had lost some weight but I let a few small trials and tribulations get me depressed and gained some back. Now I'm gettin over it and ready to take on losin weight again. I drink more water now. It's also helpin my skin. I see less acne. It's soooo hard tryna cut back but I eat more salads and veggies. I got a long way to go but I can make it.
