Now, if this doesn't speak the truth, I don't know what does! Never put yourself second to ANYONE except GOD! This isn't just about some man. It's anybody! Your family, your friends, co-workers, etc! Don't put all of your energy into someone who could give two shits and a fuck about you! I can't stress this enough! Take care of you and yours (your immediate family if you have a child/children and/or a husband ONLY!) FIRST before you worry about someone else. Get your house in order before you start worrying about someone else's.
i am so guilty of doing this...not that i dont care about myself im just bad at prioritizing....i usually do it because i have an avoidance issue so i'd rather help someone deal with theirs before owning up and facing my own...its something i def need to work on...putting myself first...easier said than done tho
