The plan was to start off with dinner at Mr. Chows, then be chauffeured over to Sol nightclub to dance into the wee hours. But according to the New York Daily News, the Rolls-Royce Phantom that was supposed to shuttle her to the club never showed up. Star Jones Reynolds ended up giving the actress a ride to the party, where even more drama was waiting on the red carpet.

      Rapper Remy Ma, currently charged with attempted murder for allegedly shooting her childhood friend, had shown up to the club uninvited and was trying desperately to get inside.      

      "Remy and her management were asked not to attend by the club in advance, due to her pending court case for attempted murder," an organizer told the Daily News. The rapper reportedly worked the red carpet in her tight red dress until "she was turned away at the door by a wall of security," said a source.     

      Among the guests who made it inside were Shaquille O'Neal, Brooke Hogan and Swizz Beatz, the paper reports. And based on photos of the party that hit the Internet this week, Fox and her guests appeared to be having a good time.       

      The next day, Fox reportedly went to cash her $2,500 fee for appearing at the club, only to find out that it was no good. The Daily News contacted the responsible party, celebrity stylist Messiah McNair, who admitted he bounced the check and promised to replace the money.  But a little later he called back, clearly irked at Fox that the information had gotten out, the newspaper reported.     

      "You can say she was drinking," McNair claimed, which, if true, would mean Fox was in violation of an order issued earlier this month by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge. Fox was barred from consuming alcohol, pending her upcoming arraignment on a March DUI.     

      "I poured red wine for her into a can of Red Bull so she could drink," McNair claimed. "She asked me to do that."

Can we say "whoa"? First of all, why in the world does Remy Ma think anyone wants to be around her right now? Why does she think she's that important to crash a party? For what? To regain an ounce of respect amongst her peers, if only a few? Chile please.  And this guy that bounced the check. How the heck is he going to get mad at Vivica when it was he that fucked up in the first place?! He's upset because he knows that because of this incident, no one is going to want to work with him. I know I wouldn't want to cause he's playing with people's money. Then he has the nerve to start acting like a lil bitch and tell that she was drinking.
