(April 23) - Former 'View' co-host Star Jones has ended her three-and-a-half year marriage to Al Reynolds.

Jones told Entertainment Tonight, "Several years ago I made an error in judgment by inviting the media into the most intimate area of my life. A month ago I filed for divorce. The dissolution of a marriage is a difficult time in anyone's life that requires privacy with one's thoughts. I have committed myself to handling this situation with dignity and grace and look forward to emerging from this period as a stronger and wiser woman."

The couple's wedding was highly publicized during Jones' time on 'The View,' where she took a lot of criticism for trying to get much of the ceremony and decorations for free with her celebrity status.

I don't think she should have publicised (sp) her marriage like that.. i think the more you put it in the media the less likely it will last..

HELLZ YEAH IT WAS A JOKE!!! Star knew she wasn't going to be married to that man long. Hell, the damn prenup was null and void the day they passed the two-year mark. She had it drawn up that way so she wouldn't have to stay married to him long. Is she still in denial about his sexual preference remains a mystery, but Al won't get a penny of her money. I personally think Star was in love with the idea of being married and just wanted to say that she had been married once in her lifetime, if only on a temporary basis.

I hope she doesn't plan on trying to get her job back at "The View". I don't think they want her back.
