Does anyone have a good workout regime for flattening one's stomach? I'm still trying to work out on the regular.....well, more regular than I have been in my lifetime, LOL, but I want....no I NEED, to get lose some pounds in the stomach area. I know you sit-ups are good, but there's gotta be something else where I won't feel as if I'm straining my neck.
If anyone has any other suggestions, please post them.
I don't know much about any other workouts besides sit ups and running for working the ab muscles but I've always wanted to try doing sit ups using a exercise ball. And they have other ways to use the ball in order to workout your abs as well. If you search on Youtube you can find some videos that might be helpful.
