Alaina Reed Hall, best know for her role as Rose on 227, has died. She was 63. The official cause of death has not been released, but Alaina had been battling breast cancer for several years. She died on December 17, 2009.

Oh wow. I didn't know she had passed away. I remember her husband passing away not too long after "227" ended. The guy she married on the show was her real-life husband. I can't remember if he had full blown AIDS or was just HIV-positive, but he died from complications of one or the other.
