Diddy

Atlanta was a hotbed of activity this weekend with the BET Awards Hip-Hop Awards going down Saturday (October 1) night. With all the celebrities in town to partake of the ceremonies, clubs in the southern mecca were packed to the nines with fans looking to rub elbows with stars hosting and hobnobbing at the event. However, one big time star may have stepped out of line with an outburst that was less than welcoming.

Sean “Diddy” Combs held an event last night at club Compound alongside the recently freed T.I. and the two rap titans presided over the event while revelers delighted in music and good times after the awards show. Video from the event show Diddy playing MC for the crowd and partying along with everyone else but suddenly things began to sour as the businessman took defending his interests personal.

A stakeholder in vodka company Ciroc, Diddy began to call out a person inside the club for promoting against his sponsored brand of fire water – using some colorful terms to express his disdain. Snatching the drink from the partygoer, the man began to approach Diddy. Sensing trouble brewing, T.I. played ambassador of good will and calmed down the potential blowup by taking the microphone from Diddy – earnestly suggesting that Diddy and the man take things down a few notches.

Although largely unconfirmed, there are reports that shots were fired inside the club after the Diddy dustup. No word has materialized from the camps of Diddy or T.I. as of yet.

I'm going to put the video up RIGHT AFTER this post.....in the same post!  Diddy needs to sit his ass DOWN somewhere!  Everybody don't drink Ciroc so unless he made a special request to have only Ciroc Vodka at the club (which I thought was something he did anyway huh), he can't hate on the next man. FOH with that Diddy.  You don't run anything but Bad Boy Entertainment (is that still up and running? unsure) so you need to chill out.  And then T.I. is there and he has to calm the situation down. SMH that man is going to be in violation of his probation messing around with Diddy.  Grand Hustle should've did their own thing.  Diddy causes too much ruckus for nothing.  Kandi Burress tweeted that the party at Compound was PACKED and that she should've skipped it.  She tweeted that she could barely move.

Okay, look out for the video.  I haven't watched it yet (about to right after I hit the submit button.  Hoping they didn't take it down), but I'm sure it's FULL of Tom Foolery.

I KNOW THAT'S RIGHT T.I.!  That was some bullshit and Diddy too old (<-----okay those are my words LOL) and got too much money to be acting all stupid!  I don't blame T.I. I wouldn't take my ass back to jail for another m-effer either!  LOL Diddy was looking a little pissed when T.I. called him on that shit! But it serves him right. You're supposed to be having a good time at the club and you bitchin' over a drink.  FOH!  Once again, if you only want your brand of Vodka sold, then you need to request that shit when you choose that club as your venue.  I can't see a club going for it because they'd lose a lot of money (hell, I drink Belvedere and Grey Goose myself) having only one brand of vodka in the building.  I hope the party was sponsored by Ciroc at the LEAST!  I ain't gonna front, those parties I used to hit up that were sponsored by Seagram's were the BIZ!  Free Seagram's vodka all night!  I know Diddy ain't passing out free liquor.
