She’s wasted no time making a name for herself as the new mean girl on the new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta but former Miss USA(get it right!) Kenya Moore wants to now set the record straight so hit theWendy Williams’ show to do it. And girlfriend did it in style in a curve-hugging yellow tank dress and flawless hair and makeup (good thing her makeup was so fab because Wendy had lit into her for what she thought was bad skin last week!).

After the delicate dance around the “bad skin” comment Wendy dove right in and asked Kenya how she felt about being cast as the new mean girl and did she play for the cameras. Coy as ever, Kenya borrowed a line straight from the Jackie Christie, Laura Govan, Evelyn Lazado bully playbook of denial. “I can say this, I don’t play for the cameras,” Kenya said with a straight face. “What you see is who I am, but I have to say I think the mean girl reputation is not deserved.” She then went on to say how much she supports young Black women. “I am a girl who will always support young black women. I’m the last girl who would put another woman down.” Yeah, it certainly felt like you were supporting that young woman at the Jet magazine Beauty of the Week casting when you were screaming “coochie crack” left and right.

Wendy and Kenya also seemed to bond when Kenya thanked her fellow “tall” for championing her as a potential RHOA cast member and their shared disdain for the other new cast member Porsha Stewart. Wendy asked her about why she got so upset when Porsha called her Miss America instead of Miss USA and Kenya once again defended herself for picking on that poor girl. “It started with that crazy kooky lunch. Where she was very intrusive and very disrespectful… And just very young.” They both then went on to diss the poor girl who was clearly prattling on at that lunch because she was nervous and trying to make a connection with the aloof beauty queen. But Kenya clearly wasn’t in the mood to cut the girl some slack and dropped the poor girl’s age (31 for the record) and then clowned her for even coming on the Bravo show. “I think she’s single handedly ruining her grandfather’s legacy for one. I mean some people work for a living and some people twerk for a living.” Yep, she said twerk for a living…

Then the two BFFs moved on the tow trucker driver Walter and Wendy told Kenya she didn’t like him for her and told her that Walt was recently seen out with another woman. Sigh… Kenya kept it coy as she dodged Wendy’s questions about if they were still together and stayed poised (that pageant training really paid off) when Wendy said that as a married women she didn’t like that Kenya seeing in the season promos that she was flirting with Phaedra’s husband Apollo. Kenya was quick with the comeback though: “How do you know Apollo wasn’t flirting with me?”

We think Kenya might want to slow her role with all of that since Phaedra is launching that taser company.

Well....I've seen only one episode of the new season and that was this past Sunday (Nov. 25, 2012).  What I saw was Kenya Moore looking quite desperate (and flighty might I add) for a husband.  She is so desperate that she actually was on nationwide TV trying to pass microwavable dinners over as the real thing.  She even went so far as to pull out a frying pan and put a spoonful of the food in it to make it look as if she had been slaving over a meal for hours. [blank stare]  Ladies, is it really this bad for us out here that we have to put on a charade in front of TV cameras now?  Wow.

Another act of desparity (sp) was when she kept talking about marriage and having a babies.  She said something like, 'if I could be nine months pregnant right now, I would be.  I really am ready to have a baby.'  Dude's answer was crickets.  LOL, he didn't say a WORD in response to any of that stuff, i.e., He's just not that into you hun.

Now that they have me tuned in, I am really anxious to see this upcoming show on Sunday night because if I can recall from the previews, she was skinning and grinning in Apollo's face and also made the statement that he was phione!  So, who's flirting with who?  I guess I'll know after Sunday's episode.
