Okay ya'll. This is what I just heard on the lunch time scoop on WHUR-FM radio. Celebrity gossip from Flo Anthony herself.
It turns out that T.I. got into it with Chaka Zula, who is with Luda's camp. It's said that Chaka Zulu walked up to T.I. and asked him if he had a problem with him. T.I. punched Chaka in the face and the brawl began. There were six people, then it escalated to nine. When it was broken up, Chaka's shirt was ripped to shreds. He left the party and went to some other party where folks such as Bow Wow, Jermaine Dupri, Chingy, Brandy and Omar Epps were attendees. Kevin Liles went to check on T.I. at his party, then he went to check on Luda at his party. Well, it turns out that no celebs showed up at Luda's party, due to the earlier fight. So, with all of this, security will be beefed up for tonight's awards ceremony.
Man oh man. I heard about the beef between the two artists and folks have said that T.I. is almost at the end of his peak lyrically, but would probably crush Luda during a battle. But, he would ONLY crush him because he's a street rapper. Most folks say that T.I.'s newest CD is some trash....well....the T.I. side anyway. Oh well.....I guess we'll see what happens tonight.
I heard about this yesterday. They really need to chill with this beef shit. It's not that serious. Both of their asses are from ATL and they're both making money so chill the fuck out and keep that shit on wax for real. And Chaka needs to sit the fuck down. If Luda isn't worried about it, then nicca you're just a manager, so sit down. If you that tight about the situation then put the shit on wax. TI, brush that shit off and continue to put the shit in rhymes sublimally like you and Luda have been doing!
And with the "beef" being between TI and Luda, for TI and Chaka to get into it while Luda keeps it moving, man that makes TI and Chaka look like clowns! Sit the fuck down and have a shot of Patron beeshes!

We're supposed to be celebrating Black entertainment at its best and it's success and they're at a luncheon fighting over some bull. I think Ludacris did the right thing by walking away from it and I agree with TC when she said that it made T.I and Chaka look stupid. So I assume that since T.I is performing tonight and is nominated, either in his speech or performance he's gonna have to say something. I luv me some T.I but he can have all that immaturity. They grown men out there acting like some big ass kids.

Lawd have mercy and SMH. I was wondering who would be the first to speak of Chaka Khan. I was talking about Luda's manager, Chaka ZULU!!! It is a GUY, not a female.

Well, in my opinion, since the BET Awards show is the show is the most watched award show on cable, I think that’s as goods as its gonna get as far as people seeing our music in that kind of light. Only because other shows such as the NAACP Awards and the Trumpet Awards, I think, don’t get enough attention and advertising. Most of time, I’m lucky to just so happen to flip the channel and catch the NAACP Awards. I would watch them every year if I knew when they were coming on. That goes for the Stellar Awards as well. Most of the people I know are the same. I can’t think of any other awards shows where we come together, honor each other and perform other than the one's I have mentioned. Since the BET Awards are seen globally, advertised better and is on BET, they get more attention and that’s what people see. And I said “supposed” to be celebrating Black Entertainment at its best. They nominate and award the artist they feel did the best in the past year. I think when we come together for anything positively, we are the best minus the one's that act a fool. I also think BET has a big responsibility with the show as for as showcasing our music and honoring artists. The Grammys are good too but they don’t focus on African Americans mainly.
