Yesterday Rick Ross held his annual "Be Out Day" celebration for down low rappers. I'm kidding. "Be Out Day" is a big outdoor celebration where Rick hands out food, school supplies and encourages people to get registered to vote. Anyway, Flo-Rida was onstage performing when shots rang out sending everyone diving for cover. No one was hurt. One man has been arrested and another is being sought.

Lawd, people can't have nothing these days. Here this man is doing something nice for the community and someone comes along and starts shooting,. Thank goodness nobody was hurt.
