The show premiered last night on Bravo and comes on Tuesdays at 9. I think I might stay tuned for the rest of the season. I do think that some of the wives are too over the top but that should serve as some entertainment along with the different personalities. The show focuses on five well off women's lives in Atlanta : Sheree Whitfield (ex of football player Bob Whitfield), Lisa Wu Hartwell (wife of football player Ed Hartwell), Deshawn Snow (wife of NBA player Eric Snow), NeNe Leakes (wife of an black entrepreneur) and Kim Zolchiak who is with a celebrity millionaire who prefers to remain nameless. Did anyone catch the premiere? What did you think?
I cannot stand Sheree's ass. She is too much for me. Like she is the end all, be all...chile boo! You are the EX-wife of an athlete! If she's something more than that then it must not be too much cuz I've never heard of her ass.
I'm really trying to figure out who Kim's "big daddy" is. She's talking about he wants to stay anony b/c he's a celeb, girl please that dude is married! LOL I ain't mad at her though when she went and picked up that escalade, called him, he said it was cool and ole girl wrote out a check like it wasn't nothing!
NeNe......I don't even know. I will say this, everytime I hear her she reminds me of that one wife from "Why Did I Get Married".
Lisa is a go-getter. She's alright. She sure has been through a lot of men. Too bad my boy Keith Sweat didn't work out for her but she and Ed seem happy along with the cute lil baby boy so hopefully they'll last.
Uhm...DeShawn! Lawd! That chick is the epitome of a "new money negro". What the hell is she doing that she needs a Nanny AND a Governess! Like....for real?! smdh And then letting her ppl who are guests in her and Eric's home make special requests for simple shit such as liquor and she has the Estate Manager asking them if they'd like for her to unpack their clothes.....HUH! Chile I guess. If she likes it, I love it.
It'll be an interesting season. Like I told Miss K last night, they are the definition of Uppity and Ghetto with new money to burn so I know they're going to show their asses this season! I'll be tuned in!

But did you see how Deshawn's boys wasn't paying her ass no mind when they were playing? Like she was invisible lol. That's why she needs a nanny! My perception of her has changed since I saw this episode. Sheree damn near makes me want to change the channel until they go switch to someone else because she is too much! Annoying with all that!! I wanna know who "Big Pappa" is too!! Hell yea he's married!! Why else doesn't he wanna be known. And she's talking about she wants to marry him. Interesting!! And how did NeNe hook up with her OG?? I do like Lisa, she does her thing. I was definitely paying attention to when Ed was on that treadmill though! Very nice! Linebacker yes he is!!
I had to wind up taping the show because I missed all but 10 minutes of it last night. Good lookin' out ya'll for reminding me that I have something to watch tonight (after 90210). That damn debate had me tuned in, and it winded up boring as all hell.

I like NeNe. She brings pure dee drama to the show. Not uppity at all; just hood rich and ghetto fabulous. Her old man loves her though so I can't be too mad at her.
Sheree - That man bytch gets on my nerves. She needs to lighten up on the weights, FOR REAL! She knows damn well that she didn't put NeNe's name on the guest list. Oversight my ass! That shit was for the cameras. You can tell that shit was set up because they laughed that shit off; she and Lisa. Her EX-husband is one ugly mofo. I'm sorry, but he is. I don't know HOW she winded up with him, then again, yes I do. THE MONEY. She knows that if she doesn't come out on top in the divorce settlement, she will be a has-been amongst the Atlanta elite. You could hear it in her voice when she was talking about it last night.
Lisa's aight, I guess. I ain't really paid her too much attention. Her hubby's a cutie, right along with the baby. I love her strong drive for success, and her work-out ethic. I wish I could run on my treadmill, but in due time (no hurry though, LOL. Walking is doing me just fine).
That white chick is cool so far too. I hope she makes it with her country music. I think she will do well....if she can sing. That remains to be seen. I highly doubt that her dude is a celebrity. I'm thinking Entertainment Lawyer myself; still not sold that he's black though, for some reason. BUT, I will say this. I WISH I was in her shoes. Writing checks just because you can. That's what I'm talking about. Damn, I need to get me a couple of sponsors.
Lastly, that damn Deshawn. She has totally surprised me. I never expected her to be like cous said, a 'new money negro' (LOL, LUVS IT!). The bad thing about it all is that Eric's been in the league forever, so this shit ain't brand new. I think she's more excited about living in Atlanta. Wherever she's been living before, she was probably looked at as a nobody. She continuously touches on the fact that she lives among the black Atlanta elite. It's true, but she still doesn't "fit in". It's like she HAS to drop lines about her HUSBAND'S money every chance she gets, just to feel important and included.
I can't wait for next week's show. I'm looking forward to the entire season.

Boom, it comes on this coming Tuesday at 9PM (well EST, so I guess 8PM for you). I saw a couple of clips from the show and it's gonna get ugly on there fa sho!
Kim is hilarious!!! I can't believe she sat there and broke out crying like that. WTH!! Luv Lisa and NeNe. Now Deshawn is coo and all but she's out of place with all the drama going on and then she seems like she tries too hard to be a "socialite". Everything is about being apart of Atlanta's high society. I think thats the thing with all of them but Deshawn just kept repeating that shit and it got kind of annoying coming from her.
