No, disrespect to VH1′s new show Football Wives, but I just can’t get into that show…. However, from the looks of the Super Trailer that VH1 just released for Basketball Wives, this season is about to be OD Drama-filled.
What to expect: Evelyn and Susie have a fallen out, Jennifer William’s husband Eric is daring her to leave, Evelyn and NFL star Ochocinco begin a love affair after meeting on twitter, Suzie is now dating a young nfl player and did I mention the main reason why I may be tuning in every week…… TAMI ROMAN (best known for her stint on The very first Real World Los Angeles).
According to the previews, she almost swings on Jennifer Williams for not knowing what a food stamp looks like and she gets into a fist fight with Evelyn during dinner. One thing is for sure, Tami does not hesitate to go upside somebody’s head if she feels disrespected. Her ex-husband Kenny Anderson also sees a bit of camera time on the show as he spits out excuses on why he hasn’t been in his daughter’s life.
Noticeably absent from the trailer is Matt Barnes’ fiancee Gloria Govan and newbie Ashley Walker.

WELL! This upcoming looks like it's going to be nothing but PURE DRAMA!!! Tami is gonna be OFF.THE.CHAIN!!!!! I am SO glad that there is someone on the show that can put Evelyn AND Jennifer's snooty ass in place. I think that argument has way more to do with a food stamp. Knowing Jennifer, she probably downtalked somebody and Tami got offended. That's how she normally rolls. And speaking of her ass, chiiiile, she ain't going no damn where. She loves that money and doing absolutely nothing too much. Plus, she cannot let her family down. Anywhoooo.....go head Miss Susie!!! Her dude is FINEEEEE!!!!! Can't wait to see him on my TV screen. Lawd. And Evelyn and Ochocinco ain't THAT serious! I wouldn't be surprised if all of that was for show purposes only. But, I am interested in seeing just how far that situation is gonna go once they head up those stairs. Royce seems to be the same. Nothing new going on in her world....at least I don't think. This would've been a GREAT season for Gloria, being that she and Matt Barnes called off their wedding TWO DAYS before the nuptials were to take place. THEN...if that wasn't enough drama, she had to call the cops on his ass not even a week later, for a domestic dispute. After all of that "ride or die" stuff she talked, mannnnn, her story would've been worth watching.
I wasn't a real fan of the first season, but I am MOST DEFINITELY tuned in come December!
Hey now! Did anyone else besides me, watch the premiere last night? Wow is all I can say! They came out the gate running! Suzie can't seem to hold water and Evelyn was PISSED!! I wonder who the guy was that Evelyn fucked in Vegas. Al Reynolds (YES! Star Jones' ex-hubby) knows because that's who Suzie ran her mouth to.
I see Tami and Kenny's situation is STILL on-going 9 years AFTER the divorce was finalized. Gosh, it doesn't even seem like it was that long ago when they got married! And even longer when she was on the Real World: L.A. Wow. Time is just flying back too quickly. Anywhoo....they need to squash that stuff and come together for the sake of their girls, because that youngest one (Jazz, who's 14 years old) looks a bit fast to me. The oldest one, who looks JUST like Tami, seems a bit more reserved. She must have Kenny's personality.
And I thought Jennifer and Eric Williams were married for MUCH LONGER than THREE YEARS!!! They were still considered newlyweds last season and he was already cheating on her??? Woooooow. That speaks VOLUMES about their relationship. And I JUST heard on this online radio station that she was talking with two of the hosts of the online show, and was a bit tipsy when she told a little too much information about she and her husband. They say that by the way she was talking, she and Eric were headed to divorce court. So we'll see.
This season should be MUCH better than the first season.
