NEW YORK (CBS) Chad Ochocinco has asked "Basketball Wives" star Evelyn Lozada to be a football wife.

 

 

The Cincinnati Bengals player and "Dancing with the Stars" alum reportedly proposed to Lozada on Tuesday.

Sources close to the couple told TMZ that Ochocinco proposed in Cincinnati with a 10-carat engagement ring. The pair have been dating for four months.

 

Lozada posted a picture of the ring on her Twitter account, writing, "I'm no rabbit but 10 carats looks good on me!!"

 

No wedding date has been set, but the pair plans to stay engaged for a while, according to the report.

It's a beautiful ring but I smell a publicity stunt.  Towards whom remains a mystery but I don't believe it one bit.  Ocho loves attention so I can see him setting this entire thing up.  C'mon now.  They met on Twitter??? rolleyes  In the words of Ochocinco himself, "Chile please."

^^^I thought the same thing... People now a days will do ANYTHING for some attention... I wonder if she's going to move onto "Football Wives" now?rolleyes

A lot of people have been asking that same question lately.  Hopefully, she won't because I can't see her on that show with those other ladies.  The only person I can see her even half-way trying to chill with is Pilar.  Their styles are WAAAAY different than those other chicks.  And Evelyn is FAR from a "family-type" of woman.
