Rumor has it the funnyman/radio personality and author recently crossed paths with a former love who managed to avoid him for the last 4 years and fessed up his true feelings.
A source close to actress and radio personality Glenda Darnell who has worked worked with Steve in the past, revealed that Steve and Glenda ran into each other during one of his recent visits to Los Angeles and he asked her if they could talk alone for a moment in his dressing room.
Glenda sat stunned as Steve began to tell her that there is not a day that goes by that he doesn’t think about her..”I think about you ALL the time” he told her. He told her how thinks back to when he was going through a rough time in his life, how much he appreciates her for being there and she brought him so much laughter, fun and romance. He mentioned that he thought of her during his emotional interview with Pastor Donnie McClurkin on the TBN Network back in 2009.
The source says Glenda was quite surprised to hear him express his feelings and that he appeared emotional at times, but was even more taken aback when after sharing a warm embrace she turned to leave and he pulled her back and kissed her.
The close friend with whom Glenda shared the encounter with asked her if she knew Steve was feeling like that all this time to which Glenda allegedly said “I had had no clue….I couldn’t tell”.
Steve I’m sure your wife is expecting an explanation! Start talking!
Two things. First, I really hope this "source" isn't a close friend of hers because if so, that was WRONG to run to the media and tell about something that I'm sure was said in confidence. Everything isn't for everybody to know so this "source" should've kept his or her mouth shut!
Second, I didn't see a problem with what Steve Harvey told this woman UNTIL it was stated that he pulled the woman back and kissed her! What he allegedly said to this woman gave me the impression that through it all, she was there as his support system and he just wanted to thank her for being a good friend. I don't know if I believe the part about him kissing the woman, however, I wouldn't be surprised if it happened. I would like to know if she was one of his co-hosts when he had the show out in L.A.
