Another Kardashian has arrived in the world. Well, technically, the baby is a Disick, but she’s also half Kardashian, which means all of America has no choice but to try to keep up with her.

Translation: Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to a baby girl on Sunday. The father is her longtime boyfriend/reality TV foil Scott Disick. The girl’s name, according to theofficial announcement from sister Kim Kardashian: Penelope Scotland Disick.

If past experience means anything, then Penelope Scotland is about to become avery popular baby name.

The eldest Kardashian sister, 33, and Disick, 29, also have a two-year-old named Mason, otherwise known as a child who has compelled other parents toname their kids Masonand thecutest partof the fiasco that was theKardashian/Humphries wedding.

Young Penelope is too young to bear rings at any Kardashian-related nuptials. And as far as I know, she doesn’t have her own Twitter feed yet. But give her a few days.

Congrats to the couple.  I know she's just as cute as little Mason. I'm still scratching my head on the name, however I'm sure there's a reasoning behind it.
